Originally a finely detailed stickpin, the lion was expertly converted into a charm by our jeweler, who preserved the original relief work and added a 14K gold jump ring bail for versatile wear. This process retained the antique integrity of the piece while enhancing its practicality as a pendant or charm.
The gold has been professionally verified via both X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, ensuring authenticity and purity.
The charm measures 0.8 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.65 inches wide, and it weighs 2.99 grams. It remains in excellent antique condition, with crisp detailing and light surface wear consistent with age.
