Sullivan moved from California to London in 2016. Living in London was a pivotal time for Matt, as I see it. This record digests that time. Each sound on Matthew means something specific to the artist. Locales and memories focus to mind as passages rise and sink. Us listeners cannot know what transpires across the speakers, however. Our own narrative is quietly built. I like records that don't concern the audience, ones that make you invest yourself; this is one of those records. Fans of Sullivan's music know that he never gives an inch more or an inch less than he needs to. Bold and looming with few extraneous elements. Ekhein, Matt's former cassette label, and his new label, as of yet without name, also carry this motif. Two side-long pieces, expertly woven, constitute this album. I admire Matt's ability to play with proximity and depth of field: fading sirens, ripping waters, and digitized breath. Like a hallucinating Bill Fontana, the two works are sensory travels folding into themselves. The small tablet dissolves fast and is easy to take.

Mostly I don't even taste the tablet under my tongue, and I hardly feel it. Occasionally I taste it, and it's a bit bitter. I wait to take it until I'm feeling sleepy, and I'm asleep within 5 minutes of taking it. I think it helps me to stay asleep for several hours.

They do work but they taste terrible!

I got these for my special needs son after his doctor recommend trying melatonin to help with some sleep disturbances. They definitely help him go to bed calmly and even stay in bed through the night but I have to bribe him to get him to take them because the taste is so bad!

Excellent Product!
Added this to my evening Magnesium Glycinate about 2 or 3 weeks ago. My difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve. I am now averaging 7 or more hours straight, up from 2.5 - 3hrs. Waking feeling refreshed and more alert, not tired and groggy now. No more mid morning slump. Just keeps getting better... it's not instant but, continues to improve. These improvements alone are well worth the cost.
Also, seems to have added an extra kick to the other reason I take Magnesium... my hip pain and lack of flexibility has also improved. Almost no pain now and flexibility has gone from zero to at least 50% now. I can bend at the hip now and look forward to being able to put on socks, tie shoe laces, scrub feet and trim toenails without assistance!
I have always been physically active until the years of unconsciously favoring my left leg after breaking my right leg in several places ...twice when I was younger began to take a toll on my flexibility. Starting gradually in my mid sixties until now at 68, the list of immobility problems had become very annoying. So, this improvement is is most exciting!
My thanks to Teraputics Pure Life for making an excellent product!
