French Antique, Louis XVI Period Chest of Drawers, PaintedChest of drawers from the Louis XVI period in France. This piece is made of solid wood construction, primarily mahogany. It has been finished with a hand applied rubbed pigment and carnauba wax. There are three dovetailed drawers, each featuring gold leafed trim. The brass pulls and escutcheons are all original.
