    It’s a very big bottle and has been my favorite for several months now. A lot of fish oil pills tend to be very uncomfortable to swallow but not these. I can swallow the single serving (2 capsules) at once which is not the case for most fish oil pills out there. I think these are definitely worth the money. I recently learned that fish can improve Skin health so it’s something i’ll look out for. The quality of the pills are great i’ve never once had one explode. Overall these are very effective.
