- Heavy steel construction (iron/steel alloy) that reaches high temperatures to encourage caramelisation and even colouring.
- Non-stick coating (PTFE/PFOA-free) for easy release, protection of the steel surface and simpler cleaning.
- Suitable for traditional ovens up to approx. 220 °C. Not suitable for microwave use. Grease is recommended before first use.
- Hand wash only with a non-abrasive sponge; not dishwasher safe; avoid using metal utensils in moulds.
