Important Information About Neon Pigments
Some colors within this palette contain neon pigments that are UV reactive and glow under fluorescent lighting and blacklight.
Neon pigments are commonly used by professional face and body artists for Special FX and UV-reactive applications. These pigments have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator for cosmetic classification and are considered non-cosmetic pigments in the United States.
This notice applies only to the neon pigments included in select colors within the palette.
Storage
Allow paints to dry completely before closing.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
Best used within 18 months after opening.
