Daily wellness for performers, in an easy powder multi.

Metabolic Nutrition VitaGen fits into that cool group of powdered multivitamins geared toward performance for active folks. It's not just about hitting basic nutrient needs—it's there to boost your energy, help you bounce back, and keep you going strong day after day. From what we've seen online, VitaGen gives you 30 servings per tub and mixes 25 vitamins and minerals with adaptogens, things to help process carbs, and ingredients that aid absorption. Store listings and brand info always call it a full daily support mix, not something loaded with stimulants.

We're pretty sure it's aimed at people wanting a multivitamin that's more athlete-friendly than your average capsule. Reports show a 6,500 mg total active mix per serving, with mentions of vitamins like A, C, D3, E, K2, and various B vitamins. Summaries also talk about four adaptogens, but we couldn't find full third-party checks on the whole list. Heads up: We don't have the complete supplement facts for independent dose checks.

In terms of where it stands, VitaGen isn't about a quick buzz you feel right away—it's for steady daily help like filling nutrient holes, supporting your immune system, fighting off tiredness, and giving a fresh take over those old one-a-day pills. The powder makes it great if you hate swallowing capsules or already mix up shakes daily.

Metabolic Nutrition is known in the gym world for straightforward, results-driven supps, and VitaGen matches that vibe. Even without a fully checked label, product descriptions always paint it as a legit, gym-focused health option, not some generic store-brand multi. The report

Key Highlights

  • Gives you 30 servings in a tasty powder, way better if you hate popping multivitamin pills.
  • Mixes 25 vitamins and minerals with adaptogen boosts, based on store and brand listings.
  • Goes further than basic nutrients by adding carb metabolizers and stuff to help absorption.
  • Made for active lives, focusing on energy, recovery, immune help, and toughness during tough training.
  • Web label info calls out key vitamins like A, C, D3, E, K2, and a bunch of B vitamins.
  • Directions say take it with morning food, which makes it easy to stick with and gentle on the stomach.
  • It's like a mix of sports nutrition and everyday wellness in one multi.
  • Powder form helps you stay on track if you're already blending shakes, greens, or pre-workouts daily.

Who Is This For?

  • Athletes who want a powder multi over gulping tablets
  • Lifters in intense phases needing daily nutrient backup
  • Folks dieting or cutting who want fuller nutrition coverage
  • Busy pros with iffy meals and extra stress
  • Anyone after adaptogen help with core vitamins and minerals
  • Users who like all-in-one wellness over a big supp stack

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in about 6-8 ounces of water and have it with your morning meal—that's the smart timing for a multi like this and keeps your stomach happy. Some info says bump it up during high-stress or sick times, but play it safe and stick to the label. Don't pile on tons of other vitamin supps without checking overlaps. Being consistent daily is way more key than hitting an exact time.

What to Expect

Right from day one, you'll notice the ease: one scoop, good taste, and a simple health habit. In the first week or two, it's often about nailing that routine more than a huge change. After a few weeks of steady use, these kinds of supps shine for boosting energy, toughness, and nutrition during busy times. It really stands out when dieting, traveling, or training hard hits your food game. This one's about building benefits over time, not a quick hit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Metabolic Nutrition VitaGen?

VitaGen is a powdered daily multivitamin-style supplement reportedly formulated for active people. Available research suggests it combines vitamins and minerals with additional adaptogen and metabolic-support ingredients.

Is VitaGen a pre-workout?

No. It is positioned more as a daily wellness and performance-support product than an acute energy or stimulant supplement.

How many servings are in the tub?

Available retail listings consistently report 30 servings per container.

When should I take VitaGen?

Research-sourced directions suggest taking one scoop with water alongside morning food. That is a common and practical timing strategy for vitamin-mineral products.

Will I feel it right away?

Probably not in the way you would feel a pre-workout. Products in this category are usually appreciated for steady support over time rather than an immediate buzz.

Who is VitaGen best for?

It is best for active adults, lifters, busy professionals, and anyone who wants broader daily nutritional support in a powder format.

Can I stack it with other supplements?

Yes, usually with basics like protein or creatine, but be careful stacking multiple multivitamins or health formulas due to possible overlapping vitamins and minerals.

Is the full label independently verified?

No. Full supplement facts panel not available for independent dose verification, so ingredient-specific claims should be treated as reported rather than fully confirmed.

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.
