The HEINE NC2 dermatoscope is a versatile and powerful piece of equipment that combines recent advances in optics, diagnostic technology and clinical practice. Not only is it an incredibly useful stand-alone unit but it can be easily connected to your iPhone to enable entensive photographic documentation.
In non-contact mode, a large field of view combined with 6x magnification give crystal clear views of the skin. Special polarised illumination makes it possible to view skin layers even without immersion fluids.
When the contact plate is used, views are magnified 10x with an integrated scale, allowing realistic size approximation. (Please note - this configuration comes without the contact plate.
