De kogelbiefstuk heeft een rijke en sappige smaak. Het bevat een goede hoeveelheid intramusculair vet, wat bijdraagt aan de smaak en sappigheid van het vlees.
Kogelbiefstuk is veelzijdig en kan op verschillende manieren worden bereid. Het is geschikt voor grillen, bakken, braden of kort aanbraden in de pan. Het is ook heerlijk om te marineren met kruiden en specerijen voor extra smaak.
Voor een perfecte biefstuk is het belangrijk om het vlees op kamertemperatuur te laten komen voordat je het bereidt. Kruid het naar wens en bak het snel op hoog vuur voor een mooie korst aan de buitenkant terwijl het binnenin sappig blijft. Laat het vlees na het bakken even rusten om de sappen te laten circuleren en de malsheid te behouden.
Kogelbiefstuk is heerlijk als hoofdgerecht, geserveerd met bijgerechten zoals aardappelen, groenten of een frisse salade. Het kan ook worden gebruikt in sandwiches, wraps of als vulling voor taco's, afhankelijk van je culinaire voorkeur.

The best freetoes socks ever

Love this toeless socks so much! I could wear it all day. Very comfortable! It is just the right thickness which is suitable in summer time or cold weather as well. Most of the toeless socks I have seen have the gel on the heel area and I don't like the feel of it. I'd rather apply lotion on my heel then wear the socks.
I have had some issues with the packaging from Amazon and I made the maker of this said socks aware of it. Julia Bebben was very prompt in her response and very helpful. Thank you Julia for your excellent customer service.

great concept, just one tiny annoyance...

i love that a sock that lets your toes be free is even a thing that exists. i love that this company was started by a young girl, now turned young businesswoman.
i have pain in my big toes, so i can't wear close toed anything, but feet get stinky if you wear shoes/slippers all the time without socks. this is a great solution.
the only thing i find slightly annoying (not enough to stop using these) is the seam on the bottom of your foot, near the base of the toes. it is a straight line, which is fine on the top of the foot, but i wish the bottom itself curved a bit, to follow the line of the toes. as it is, the seam lands right in the middle if the ball of my feet, so i can feel the seams everytime i take a step. i am constantly pulling the seam toward the toes, to try to keep from feeling it, but then my pinky toe gets caught and balled up on the inside.
outside of that slight annoyance, they're comfortable and fit well.

A little expensive but really come in handy!

So far I am really happy with these socks. I broke my big toe and had to have my toenail removed and am wearing a post-op shoe/boot.
I wanted to wear a sock underneath so that my foot wouldn't get too sweaty but my toe is still too tender for regular socks and cutting the toes off of regular socks doesn't work because they won't stay put.
These work great- I actually pull them up over my little toes and just leave my first couple of toes exposed. I really like that you can wear these on either foot (unlike some open toed socks that have openings for the big toe and the rest of your toes so they are designated for left and right foot) since I'm only using them on my right foot.
