Het verbrandingsproces op een zeefbrander verloopt wat langzamer dan op houtskool. Daardoor ontvouwt de geur zich rustig en geleidelijk. Met een grotere zeefbrander kun je deze korrelwierook ook makkelijk mengen met andere geuren, zodat je jouw persoonlijke geurcombinatie maakt.

Naast de wierook vind je bijpassende hulpmiddelen, zoals een tang om de houtskool veilig aan te steken, een tang voor de wierookzeef, een stalen borsteltje voor het reinigen van de zeef, en een fazantenveer om de geur zacht te verspreiden. De losse wierookbranderzeef van 125 mm past goed op een olieverdamper, mits het bakje ervan verwijderd wordt.
