Het domein bezit 15 hectare wijngaarden in Figueira da Costa, met kalk-kleirijke bodems, geplant met de autochtone witte rassen Bical, Cercial, Maria Gomes en Arinto. De Branco Reserva - hun eerste stille witte wijn uit 2016 - is gemaakt van 93% Bical en 7% Cercial, met 8 tot 10 uur schilcontact in de pers, gisting en rijping volledig op inox met wekelijks bâtonnage.

Beschrijving: Helder strogeel met frisse aroma's van citroen, groene appel, witte peer en een zachte mineraliteit. Fris en levendig in de mond met een mooie textuur, levendige zuren en een sappige, langdurige afdronk.

Lekker bij: Gegrilde zeebaars of zeevruchten, peixinhos da horta (gefrituurde sperziebonen), lichte vissoep of verse geitenkaas.

Leuk weetje: De familie Sidónio de Sousa staat bekend om het bezitten van enkele van de oudste Baga-wijngaarden van Bairrada, en rijpt haar rode wijnen in 4.000-liter tonelen van Portugees eikenhout - een techniek die zelfs in Portugal bijna nergens meer wordt toegepast.
