Dat is ongelofelijk oud, zeker in deze regio. Hoe ouder de druivenstokken, hoe minder de opbrengst. Echter, de weinige opbrengst is wel van een enorme kwaliteit, iets waar Domaine Lafage om bekend staat.De druif Carignan in Roussillon
Veel druiven vinden haar oorsprong in Frankrijk, wellicht de bakermat van alle wijnen. Echter heeft Carignan en andere herkomst. Anders dan zijn naam doet vermoeden komt deze druif oorspronkelijk uit Spanje, waar deze de wijnvelden onder de naam Carinena domineert. Doordat de druif goed tegen extreme temperaturen kan en goed bestand is tegen bijvoorbeeld ziektes, werd deze druif vanaf midden jaren 60 volop aangeplant in Languedoc en Roussillon. De reputatie was in de beginjaren twijfelachtig. Echter hebben gerenommeerde wijnhuizen, waaronder Domaine Lafage, ervoor gezorgd dat deze druif de aandacht kreeg die het verdient. Hierdoor is Lafage Cayrol Carignan geen ongeïnspireerd glas rode wijn, maar een karaktervol succesnummer van Domaine Lafage.Kracht en complexiteit vieren hoogtij in Lafage Cayrol Carignan
Lafage Cayrol Carignan is door zijn bijzonder gulle karakter en ideale begeleider bij complexe gerechten. Schenk deze rode wijn bijvoorbeeld uit bij lamsvlees, wilde of gerookt vlees. Zodra je deze wijn inschenkt, zal niet alleen jij, maar ook je gezelschap versteld staan. Een rijke geur pakt je aandacht. Barstensvol zwart fruit. Bij elke keer dat je je neus in het glas steekt rijk je weer andere tonen. Bramen, bessen en kersen maar ook iets van kruiden, eiken en vanille. Deze lichte houttoets komt omdat een klein gedeelte van de wijn een lichte houtlagering krijgt. Hierdoor krijgt Lafage Cayrol Carignan iets meer body, maar wordt de wijn geen moment te zwaar. De smaak komt geheel overeen met de geur. Rond en sappig, maar ook complex en kracht. Lafage Cayrol Carignan is er voor iedere rode wijn drinker.Shipping Notes

Solid breakdown of real estate investing for beginners

Aye, this book actually surprised me. It’s super beginner-friendly and doesn’t just throw a bunch of complicated real estate jargon at you. I think in Chapter 5, they covered creative financing options, which I found pretty dope. There’s a part where they explain “subject-to financing” basically, how you can take over a mortgage without making a new one, which could mean little to no down payment. Didn’t even know that was a thing.
The book also lays out step-by-step strategies for getting started, from choosing a strategy to closing deals. Some parts felt a little surface-level, and I kinda wish they went deeper into financing for people with bad credit, but overall, it’s solid.
If you’re new to real estate and want a simple, no-BS breakdown, this one’s worth checking out.

A must have!!

As someone who was completely new to real estate, The Real Estate Investing and Rental Property 2-in-1 Boxset was exactly what I needed to get started. The first book walks you through the basics of real estate investing in 7 simple steps, making the entire process feel manageable, even if you don’t have much money or experience. It was reassuring to learn how regular people can get insanely wealthy through real estate, and the clear strategies for finding and financing your first deal were incredibly practical.
The second book dives deeper into rental property investing, covering everything from finding the right property to managing short- and long-term rentals. I found the step-by-step guides on property management and scaling your portfolio especially helpful. The detailed sections on deal analysis and avoiding bad investments really boosted my confidence.
The bonuses included, like the apartment investing guide and tax planning tips, were just icing on the cake. Queer LitRPG at it's finest

It's been a while since I've read this genre. This is by far one of the best books in the LitRPG genre that I've ever read though. It has all of the trappings of a good LitRPG book, plus it has an actual plot and fleshed out characters. And our MC, Cat doesn't start off OP at all. Plus the fact that it's a queer woman as the MC. Beautiful. The snark from her AI companion, Mayalis is really fun as well. Lots of the reviews I've noticed seem to be reviewing the entire series as a whole, but I'm just going to stick to what I've read in each book separately.
The story is fast paced, with short, bite sized chapters that lead you to zipping through. Because the next chapter is only a few more pages, you'll take a break then...or maybe the chapter after. I certainly couldn't put it down. I'm eagerly anticipating the next installment of the story to find out what happens next as well as to watch Cat's power grow.
There is no romance yet in the story really, though there is a somewhat established relationship involving one of Cat's fellow orphans, Lucy. There is the promise for more romance ahead, and I'm looking forward to it.
