Bereiding Green dragon jasmijnrijst

Voor de bereiding wast u de rijst 2-3 keer met water om de zetmeel wat te verminderen. Zo smaakt de rijst ook lekkerder. Bij de bereiding gebruikt u het dubbele water voor de rijst. Dus voor 1 portie rijst van 185gr gebruikt u 350 ml water.
