Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schüssler, een Duitse arts, ontwikkelde in de 19e eeuw de basis voor de celzouttherapie met 12 zogenaamde Schüsslerzouten. Later werden er, volgens dezelfde principes, nog 15 extra zouten toegevoegd. Inmiddels zijn er 27 verschillende Schüsslerzouten, elk met een eigen mineraal in homeopathische verdunning. De tabletten worden volgens de officiële farmaceutische richtlijnen bereid en zijn geregistreerd als homeopathisch geneesmiddel.

Nr. 4 – Kalium chloratum D6 – behoort tot de 12 basisschüsslers. Binnen de homeopathische mineralenleer wordt dit zout door sommigen gekozen in perioden waarin men bewust aandacht wil geven aan het herstel na fysieke inspanning of drukke dagen. De tabletten lossen langzaam op in de mond, waardoor het mineraal via het mondslijmvlies wordt opgenomen.

Too big for dogs under 15 pounds. Treats are hard to get out of the four corners. My dog can barely pick this up. She weighs 12 pounds. She still found it interesting though trying to dig the treats out that she was unsuccessful. Even after I cut all the little triangle prongs off the four corners the treats are still stuck in there. There is a slot on the side that I can put half of a dental refill in the side and she can eventually get it out so there’s still somewhat of play and challenge received, but not that satisfied to me.
