Il Carignano del Sulcis Riserva "Rocca Rubia" prodotto dalla cantina sarda Santadi utilizzando solo uve carignano provenienti dai vigneti aziendali pi vocati. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale e alla fermentazione in acciaio inox, il vino viene travasato
Rosso rubino, impenetrabile. Al naso emergono note fruttate di more, mirtilli, echi di cuoio e liquirizia, sentori di mirto e spezie dolci; al palato è vellutato, strutturato, equilibrato e persistente.Il Carignano del Sulcis Riserva "Rocca Rubia" è prodotto dalla cantina sarda Santadi utilizzando solo uve carignano provenienti dai vigneti aziendali più vocati. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale e alla fermentazione in acciaio inox, il vino viene travasato in barrique di rovere francese, dove sosta per un anno circa; completa l'affinamento una sosta di circa sei mesi in bottiglia.
Si abbina con piatti a base di carne rossa, porceddu arrosto e pecorino stagionato.
