- Onze sommeliers adviseren: Goed als aperitief, bij rauwe en gestoomde vis (bv. sushi), mi-cuit bereidingen van vis en gebakken en gestoomde schaal- en schelpdieren met een lichte saus of vinaigrette. Ook goed bij rauw en gedroogd vlees, salades met vinaigrette en rauwe of gebakken groenten met soja saus en iets rijpere geitenkazen.
