Una veste vivace color rosso rubino, una buona consistenza. L’impatto olfattivo è intenso, vinoso e fragrante, gioca con la spezia regalandoci cenni di pepe bianco e si chiude con un frutto delicato. Al palato è di buona acidità che si combina col tannino in un sorso che deterge la bocca. Il retrogusto è speziato.Ca’ Nova ci propone una Vespolina, nella denominazione Colline Novaresi DOC, di tutto rispetto, fresca, piacevole, giovane, intensa, fragrante e intrigante. La fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox per 10 giorni. La fermentazione malolattica ha luogo in vasca nella primavera dopo la vendemmia. A noi piace per la speziatura delicata, perfetta per certi giorni d’autunno.
Sta bene con primi piatti consistenti e con i salumi, secondo noi va provata con mezzelune al mascarpone erba cipollina con speck e pinoli.

Assembly was a bit rough

It is serving the purpose it is bought for. However the assembly was harder than it should have been.
Joining the parts A and B (two iron pipes) was very hard. We can't use any tools to do that and it has to be done manually and every joint was very tight and very hard to to do. I had to struggle to make 24 joints for the length I need. At one point I was going to return it, but I needed it very badly so continued with the assembly.

great room divider
This room divider is very nice, good fabric, blocks light, not entirely bit alot for my needs. covers or blocks
