Om een wax (warm of vloeibaar) perfect te laten hechten aan metaal, moet het oppervlak klinisch schoon zijn. Deze reiniger laat een 'restloos' oppervlak achter, zodat je nieuwe laag Dark Energy wax diep in de schakels doordringt voor maximale vloeibaarheid en een lange levensduur.

Waarom gebruik je niet de klassieke 'gele' Muc-Off ontvetter? Hoewel de klassieke ontvetter uitstekend is, is Chain Wax Cleaner speciaal samengesteld om absoluut geen resten achter te laten. Het kleinste oliespoor zou een goede hechting van de wax aan het metaal in de weg staan, waardoor de werking wordt gehalveerd.

Moet ik spoelen na gebruik? Ja, absoluut. Na het inspuiten en schrobben met een borstel, spoel je de ketting grondig af met schoon water om alle sporen van het product en vuil te verwijderen.

Is dit nodig voor een nieuwe ketting? Het is verplicht! Nieuwe kettingen verlaten de fabriek met een plakkerig opslagvet. Om over te schakelen op het waxsysteem moet je deze laag verwijderen met Chain Wax Cleaner.
