Das gewichtete Durchschnittsalter dieser Fruchtmischung betrgt fast 22 Monate.

Flaschendatum: 13.01.2022 Für diese Pflaume verwendeten die Brauer die alte Pflaumensorte Belle De Louvain, handgepflückt in Limburg, Belgien. Die Mazeration dauerte fast vier Monate, und der Lambic sowohl für die Mazeration als auch für das Blending stammte aus sechs verschiedenen Fässern und dreizehn verschiedenen Braugängen, wobei der älteste Ende Oktober 2018 gebraut wurde. Das gewichtete Durchschnittsalter dieser Fruchtmischung beträgt fast 22 Monate. Der endgültige Fruchtanteil beträgt 385 Gramm Pflaumen pro Liter Pruim. Fast die Hälfte des verwendeten Getreides stammt aus dem Pajottenland. 100 % 3 Fonteinen gebrauter Lambic. DE 3 Fonteinen Pruim ist die langsame Mazeration von handverlesenen ganzen (mit Schale) Pflaumen auf traditionellem Lambic. Keine zugesetzten Säfte, Sirupe oder Süßstoffe. Ungefiltert.
