The 420J2 stainless steel is a popular choice for knife manufacturers. 420J2 stainless steel contains medium quality carbon content and has good corrosion resistance in salt-free atmospheres and in most industrial environments. It is resistant to many chemicals and household cleaner; and, it is also a more durable steel compared to the 440 grades. Polycarbonate also has very good heat resistance and can be combined with flame retardant materials without significant material degradation. Polycarbonate plastics have really a high value for anyone to use, and polycarbonate plastic is moldable, durable, lightweight, and flame resistant. Eiffel Cutlery matches everywhere.
