How to use
Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1–2 times daily, with or between meals, or as directed by your practitioner.
Ingredients — per capsule
Calcium ascorbate blend (Ester-C®) 800 mg providing typically:
• Vitamin C 619 mg • Calcium 68 mg • Threonic acid 7 mg
Quercetin 50 mg • Rutin 50 mg • Pomegranate extract (5% ellagic acid) 50 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate) 10 mg
Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water); hypoallergenic plant fiber.
