It contains 30% medical grade honey, an acrylic polymer gel and water with a polyurethane film backing, without and with an adhesive border. L Mesitran Hydro is easy to apply. The honey hydrogel pad is able to absorb at least seven times its own weight in wound fluid. Although L Mesitran Hydro is identical to L Mesitran Border, it doesnt contain adhesive border.
