Production Notes

Roku Gin is crafted at the Suntory-owned Yamazaki Distillery, a pioneer in Japanese spirits. The six Japanese botanicals, along with eight traditional gin botanicals, are individually distilled using a unique "split basket" method in a copper pot still. This process ensures that each botanical's distinct flavor profile is preserved before being expertly blended into Roku Gin.
