Lab test show that their Gold Roast Coffee is 47% higher in Caffeine and 87% higher in Palmitic Acid then Medium roast Arabica coffee. It is also the only coffee that has been tested to guarantee these higher levels. The coffee is then put through a special three-stage process developed by founder Scott Wilson. All their coffee is Certified Organic, 100% Arabica beans and Mold Free.
