This is one of the prettiest monogrammed linen purses I've come across. A truly special keepsake piece. I was immediately taken by the gorgeous detailing of the embroidery and the unique slide clasp on the beautifully worn wood handle. The dark navy linen against the deep wine toned stitching is one of my favourite combinations.
In overall excellent, gently worn, vintage condition save for the buttons missing on each side of the bag. Strangely the same button is missing on each side. It would be fun to add your own creative mark here. I would add a button that stands out from the others but compliments the overall style. It would be so fun to find wine coloured floral button that matches the stitching to give it that customized, personalized, mended look.
