Each set of 6 placemats comes with a different, contrasting jewel coloured trim. Made in England with a hardwearing, superior gloss finish that’s easy to clean and matte cork back, they have become a firm favourite around our table and beyond.
Our West House Trellis design was inspired by a small fragment of a 19th Century French ‘fichu’, a traditional handkerchief. With its meandering motif, it was very much designed to speak to West House Trail, its sister fabric. The juxtaposition of scale between these interplaying designs is key, with them very much standing alone, as well as together.
