T-Motor F7 Pro Flight Controller (WiFi & Bluetooth)

Let’s be honest: crawling under your desk to plug a USB cable into a buried flight controller is a indignity no pilot should suffer in %current_year%. Enter the T-Motor F7 Pro Flight Controller. This isn't just another 30x30 square of PCB; it’s a wireless Betaflight tuning powerhouse designed for the cinematic FPV professional and the cable-averse hobbyist. With 8 UARTs and support for massive X8 cinelifter builds, it’s the brain your heavy-lift rig deserves.

Why You Want It

Because you value your sanity. The headline feature here is the built-in WiFi and Bluetooth. Connect to the SpeedyBee app on your phone and flash firmware, reverse motor directions, or analyze Blackbox data without ever touching a computer. It’s magic, or sufficiently advanced technology, which is the same thing.

Beyond the wireless wizardry, this board is built to work. It natively supports up to 8 motor outputs (no messy resource remapping needed for Octocopters) and handles input voltage up to 8S. That means you can run high-voltage setups for maximum efficiency on your cinema rigs. Plus, with a dedicated plug for the DJI Air Unit, you can get video up and running fast—though if you’re rocking the new O3, you might need to warm up the soldering iron (you were going to anyway).

T-Motor F7 Pro Specifications

  • MCU: STM32F722 RET6 (The industry standard for a reason)
  • Gyro: ICM42688P (Newer, faster, better—just make sure your filtering is on point)
  • Wireless: WiFi & Bluetooth (Throw your USB cables in the bin... okay, keep one, just in case)
  • Input Voltage: 3S–8S (11.1V–33.6V for when you need serious power)
  • Motor Outputs: 8 PWM outputs (Perfect for X8 Cinelifters or just showing off)
  • UARTs: 8 (Enough for GPS, VTX, RX, LiDAR, and a coffee machine)
  • BEC: 5V/3A & 10V/2A (Juice for your hungry peripherals)
  • Blackbox: 16MB Onboard Flash (Plenty of space to record your desyncs)
  • Mounting: 30.5×30.5mm (The classic footprint)
  • Weight: 8.1g (Lighter than a pound coin)
  • Firmware: Supports BetaFlight & INAV

What’s in the Box*

  • 1× T-Motor F7 Pro Full Function Flight Controller
  • 1× Accessory Pack (Dampers, cables, and the hope that you wire it correctly)

Disclaimer

Wireless tuning is amazing, but it requires battery power. If you tune for too long without air cooling, your VTX will overheat and hate you. Plan accordingly.

Still Here?

You’re reading about UART counts while your quad sits on the bench in pieces. We get it, research is procrastination's best friend. But seriously, if you’re building a cinematic rig or an X8, this is the flight controller that makes maintenance bearable. Add the T-Motor F7 Pro to your basket and go create something cinematic.

Comfortable and convenient
Size: 34, Color: Kangaroo
Got these to replace some old cargo shorts that aren't made anymore and are developing holes. So far I have been very pleased. The waist fits true to size and the fit is relaxed through the seat and thigh, which is exactly what I was looking for since I have somewhat stout thighs relative to my waist. I'm 6'0", about 200lbs, with a 34-35" waist. The material feels sturdy without being overly heavy, about as thick as old ripstop BDUs. Front slash pockets are generously deep; no problem carrying a 5.5" smartphone in there. Rear pockets are sufficiently deep and are narrow enough that a trifold wallet won't turn itself sideways. Cargo pockets are adequately sized and have hook and loop closures at the corners. The "tech" pocket behind the left cargo pocket is very convenient for me, as I'm used to carrying my phone on that side. I can slide my Samsung Galaxy S25 in there and it fits well without worrying about it falling out. I wore these for a couple of days at Disney World last week and they performed very well. Moving my phone to that tech pocket made rides with lap bars or belts much more comfortable. I even washed these shorts at the resort so I could wear them on the long drive home. If I could change anything about them, I'd add about an inch of length, as I prefer a full 11" inseam on cargo shorts. And maybe add a button or some kind of closure to the rear pockets. But aside from that, these have been pretty close to perfect. I expect I'll order more as I replace more of my older cargo shorts.

Great Shorts
Size: 38, Color: Grain Twill
Ok.... I have bought these several times, the shorts aren't wearing out or tearing, I am losing weight,.... I like these shorts so much, I keep buying them in my new size... Every size (44 42 40 and 38) has fit well, good length, and are comfortable... Pockets are functional, left side fits my smart phone... Yes, I will buy them again....

Lightweight and comfortable
Size: 42, Color: Kangaroo, Size: 42, Color: Kangaroo
The fit is just right and they're very comfortable. This is the second pair I've bought and the review could easily be for both pairs. The only difference between them is the color. I deducted a star because they really need at least 2 more belt loops. Why do manufacturers skimp on something that would be so inexpensive to do right? The belt loops on either side of the front button are 11 inches apart. Ideally they'd be at most 5 or 6 inches apart. Anyway, these will be the shorts I wear to do my yard work. I can put my phone in the right hand cargo pocket and know that the Velcro closure won't let it fall out while I'm working. My keys will go in the left side cargo pocket. I'd definitely buy them again. The price is right and they are comfortable to wear.

Very well designed shorts!
Size: 36, Color: Gunmetal
Bought one pair awhile ago, and now buying several more. Great relaxed fit, very comfortable, good fabric weight AND pockets not designed by morons - actually so easy to store and retrieve wallet and phone unlike Dockers and Izod and other cargo shorts I've purchased in the past. So comfortable and well designed. They're cut a little large for the stated size - but not necessarily a bad thing, and waist has a little bit of stretch. Love them!
